AIMS AND THE FORM OF THE WORK OF END OF DEGREE

The aim of the final work of degree showed itself the acquisition of the competitions of the degree in an exercise that allows combining the theoretical contents with the practice. The overcoming of the final work of degree will imply the presentation of a work that will adjust to the regulation of the UdL The work will have to answer to the standards of citation established with / the tutor / to and will have to have the format of a scientific correct work. It will have to include necessarily an introduction and a few conclusions. Also it will have to include a summary of 10-15 lines and a selection of key words. The minimal dimension will be 40 pages standard (1.5 space and size 12) included notes, and it will be able to attach as graphical annexes, documentary sources and others.

WAREHOUSE OF THE TFG

Once finished the TFG, the student must do the warehouse of this work, providing that it counts with I dress well of the tutor, in the Academic Secretariat of the Center with a minimum of 15 working days of anticipation to the date of defense of the work. The student must deliver a copy in CD in version pdf and three copies in paper due signed by the tutor. The Academic Secretariat of the Center will register these three copies and it them will distribute to the members of the court. For your part, before the defense, the tutor will make come a report of valuation in one on enclosure in the Academic Secretariat of the Center. The warehouse of the TFG will be realized during the same academic course in the one that has done the matriculation to him.

THE DEFENSE OF THE WORK END OF DEGREE

For the defense of the work of End of Degree must have overcome all the credits corresponding to the courses 1 º, 2 º, 3º and 4 º. The defense will be realized in public session, by means of the oral exhibition of the contents and the answers to possible explanations formulated by the members of the court. The final evaluation of the TFG will have to bear in mind the valuation of the planning and of the development of the work that they will do the tutor and that will be reflected in the report issued by this one. In case that the student has not finished the project during the established time, the qualification will not be presented and will have to return to register the final work of degree. In case of projects realized in foreign universities, these they must be evaluated to the institution of destination of the student . The coordinator has to adapt the granted qualification.

THE COURT

The court will be named by the “Junta de Govern” bearing in mind that belong to different areas of knowledge. The same court will be able to evaluate several TFG. The court will be formed by two teachers and two substitute ones. One of the members will act as President, the second one as Secretary.

EVALUATION

The evaluation her will carry out a court formed to the effect. It is a diversified evaluation that includes some of competitions of the qualifications. The maximum time of exhibition will be 15 minutes.

Criteria of valuation of the work

FINAL DISPOSITION

The particular cases not foreseen in this regulation will be solved by the “Junta de Govern”.

The First term of matriculation

• April: Meeting of the tutor to with the students.

CALENDAR FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND SEMESTER IN RELATION TO THE PERIOD OF MATRICULATION

• June: The Meeting of Government names to the courts and elaborates a calendar for the public presentations.
• The first shift of presentations.
