Students of Industrial Relations and Human Resources should get a good ability to interact and learn synthesize heterogeneous knowledge should be able to perform analysis and interpretation of data obtained on the world of work. Must be an active student, critical and participatory, conscious that can not just memorize the contents of the subjects taught. Must be responsible, aware that should be recycled several times and must seek information, data and responses lacking, but they will know to get them.
It is also important to bear knowledge of English since some course materials are published in this language.

The Interuniversity Council of Catalonia (CIC) is the coordinating body of the Catalan university system and to consult and advise the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia for universities. Integra representatives of all public and private universities in Catalonia

- PAU: Subjects assigned to the branch form of Social Sciences and Law.
- Higher level training cycles.
- Entrance exam for over 25 years: Subjects assigned to the access option of Law and Social Sciences.
- Evidence of access to over 40 years.
- Entrance exam for over 45 years.
Cut-off mark: 5

The UdL weights with 0,2 the following subjects in order to improve the note of access to the studies of Labours Relations and Human Resources:
- Economy of company.
- Mathematics you apply the CC.SS.
